Marsha Richardson
Marsha moved to Lincoln Hills from Roseville. She has lots of extended family and she spends a lot of time with her sisters!
She spent 25 years in high tech followed by 20 years as a real estate broker! She’s mostly retired but occasionally does transactions for friends and family!
Marsha loves to travel and has traveled the world, but COVID has prevented her from going on planned trips to Vietnam, Cambodia, Spain and Africa !
Her other interests include knitting and golf! Welcome to Lincsters Marsha!
Joyce Spisak
Joyce lived in Honolulu, Hawaii, before moving to Lincoln Hills in 2021. She
was in the Juris Doctor Program at the University of Oregon.
She is a retired AF Officer, and a Municipal Judge Colonel USAF, and she taught
at the US AF Academy!
Joyce lived in Italy and loves to travel especially in Europe, Mexico, Costa
Rica and is looking forward to visiting her ancestral home in Denmark!
Her other interests and hobbies include painting, writing, ceramics, singing
