DECLARATION FOR BEING A MEMBER
OF ANOTHER 18-HOLE GOLF GROUP

The following information is required by any member planning to join the LH Lincsters and any other 18-hole golf group during the current year. The deadline to submit is Jan. 31 of the current year. If submitted after Jan. 31, her Primary Club will be the 18-hole club.
Are you, or do you plan to become, a dues-paying member of any organized 18-hole golf group in the current year?

If “Yes”, you must choose which club will be your Primary Club in order to participate in any major Lincster golf tournaments, i.e. Lincsters’ Club Championship.

- According to the current ruling: Dual memberships will only pay PWGA/NCGA one fee. Additional club fees will apply. Check with Membership Chairperson for latest ruling.
- Please notify both clubs if you wish to cancel your membership in one of the above clubs.
- If you plan to renew your membership in both clubs a year from now, please notify the Lincster Membership Chairperson. You need to fill out the “Declaration” each year you have a dual membership.
